AGBT 2026 General Meeting is one of those meetings where the conversations move fast. This year in Orlando, we’re coming with two things: new capabilities for cultivation-based single-cell workflows, and fresh data on genotype and cell-state co-profiling – all built on Semi-Permeable Capsule (SPC) technology.
We’ve expanded our SPC Innovator portfolio with new 170 µm and 300 µm SPC Innovator Kits, alongside the existing 30 µm and 65 µm formats. These Innovator Products are among the most versatile SPC generation kits to date, designed for larger and structurally complex samples where multi-step processing and cultivation are critical.
Where to find us at AGBT We’ll be at AGBT Feb 23–26, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. And we’ll be presenting two posters: Poster #427 Next-generation karyotyping: WGA-free single-cell CNV profiling Presenter: Emilis Gegevičius Tue, Feb 24 | 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM Bonnet Creek Ballroom Poster #120 A scalable platform for single-cell co-profiling of the transcriptome and genotype Presenter: Juozas Nainys Wed, Feb 25 | 4:45 PM – 6:10 PM Bonnet Creek Ballroom
If you’d like to meet Juozas or Emilis at AGBT, just drop us a message – we’re happy to find a time between sessions. You can also book a quick slot with Emilis or Juozas by leaving Emilis a note here: Wave.
As single-cell science has outgrown “one-shot” compartment chemistry, SPC Innovator Kits are our answer: sequential processing—buffer exchange, lysis, amplification, barcoding, incubation—while keeping single-cell identity intact. A quick note on the new Kits: • 170 µm supports extended growth and complex structures such as spheroids. • 300 µm goes larger, supporting even more complex structures, including organoids. • Paired with Onyx, both formats generate larger capsules suited for extended growth and functional assays, without forcing you into a rigid, single-assay system. • We also offer 30 µm and 65 µm SPC Innovator Kits for a broad range of experimental needs. You can read the full press release here. See you at AGBT!
