Atrandi at the Festival of Genomics & Biodata 2026: True Single-Cell Multiomics at Scale

There’s something uniquely energizing about the Festival of Genomics & Biodata: the pace, the mix of disciplines, and the feeling that the field is actively re-writing its own playbook in real time.
This year’s Festival returns to ExCeL London on January 28–29, 2026, with 8,300+ registrants expected and 150+ exhibitors on the floor.

Atrandi will be there too – booth #83.

If you’re working in a field of single-cell, multiomics, or scalable sample prep, come say hi. We’ll be sharing Atrandi’s Semi-Permeable Capsule (SPC) technology – an approach for running multi-step single-cell workflows at scale.

Don’t miss our talk: Single-Cell Co-Profiling of the Transcriptome and Genotype
Day 1 – Wednesday, Jan 28 | 14:40–15:10
Stage: Single-Cell for Cellular Heterogeneity
Talk title: A Scalable Platform for Single-Cell Co-Profiling of the Transcriptome and Genotype
Presenter: Jan Bergmann, PhD (Head of Computational Biology, Atrandi Biosciences)
If you’re interested in linking genotype to cell state without sacrificing throughput, this one is for you.

Evening networking: let’s continue the conversation off the show floor
Conferences are loud an the best conversations usually happen five minutes after the talk, or later, when you finally have space to think.
The Festival at Night (speakers, sponsors, exhibitors)
Wed, Jan 28 | ~17:40–22:00
Location: Waterfront Street Kitchen & Bar (on-site at ExCeL; ~1 minute walk from the west entrance)
If you spot us there, just wave us over – we’re always up for meeting new collaborators, present and future users.

Where to find Atrandi
Booth #83 (ExCeL London).
Come by to meet the team, see the equipment at the booth, and talk through your workflows – what you’re trying to measure, what’s limiting you, and where SPCs fit.
Expect a very practical focus:
⁃ what SPC-based workflows look like in real lab life
⁃ how to think about scaling-up from “a few samples”
⁃ where SPCs shine (and how can you adopt them)

A giveaway at the booth: win SPC Generation Kit + Flux demo
We’re running a giveaway for attendees who want to try the Atrandi‘s SPC technology in their own hands (not just hear about it).
How it works:
⁃ Stop by Stand #83
⁃ Scan the QR code
⁃ Fill out a short form
…and you’ll be entered to win SPC Generation Kit + Flux demo.
We’ll contact the selected winners after the conference. If we share the winners publicly (website / social channels), we’ll do it with privacy in mind.

Want to meet 1:1?
If you’re coming with a specific workflow in mind — single-cell DNA, RNA, co-profiling, microbes, tricky samples, odd constraints — bring it. Atrandi was built by scientists, for scientists, and we like real conversations more than anything.

See you in London.
